1. Start by tapping on Purchase invoice button on the homepage
2. Take a picture of the invoice, the application automatically searches for a barcode on the invoice.
- You can also search for invoices from your phone’s Documents or Photo gallery.
- The app will notify you if the barcode on the invoice was successfully read.
3. The app recognizes the invoicer’s bank account number, reference number, due date, and row details using the barcode.
- Based on the bank account number, the invoicer's information is automatically retrieved from the supplier register in your Procountor environment.
- The barcode does not contain VAT percentage information or the invoice date.
- The row details of the invoice are added without VAT percentage information. You need to enter the VAT percentage and invoice date yourself.
4. If necessary, complete the invoice details and finally press Done.
- The invoice will be saved in the Waiting for verification status and will be transferred to the Procountor software in the Unfinished status.
5. If approval circulation is enabled, the invoice will be transferred to the next verifier/approver.
- Invoices can be sent without a bank reference code. If you want to add a message to the invoice, you can do so in the Procountor software.
6. The invoice must first be reviewed and approved before it can be paid. If you pay the invoice in the application, you will proceed to confirm the payment with the Key application by pressing the Pay button.
