You can access the Support view through the Menu button in the bottom right corner.
Mobile app instructions
- The app’s user interface instructions are categorized by topic. First, select a topic and then the related support article.
Contacting customer service
- Through the support articles, you can contact Procountor customer service either by calling via the Call customer service button or by sending a support request via the Send message button (currently unavailable).
- When you send a message, customer service will respond to you via the email address saved in your Personal info and settings - view in the Procountor web version. Please note that if your email address is missing from your information, sending a message to customer service will not be possible.
