Procountor has adopted a new information channel that provides information on new program features, product updates and other important matters related to the use of the program.
You can also read Procountor's support articles via the new Help center at the bottom of the left menu.
The information channel is available on Procountor from the version update of February 17, 2024, onwards, and it will be implemented in stages: we will start by publishing a part of our bulletins on the channel and extend its use for other communication later.
Targeted and timely information
Via the information channel, we can offer you and other Procountor users targeted and useful information. The information channel enables us to limit the visibility of the information to the user groups who need it. For example, if we are renewing the preparation of sales invoices, we can share the information about the changes only with the users who create sales invoices. Similarly, users who are not affected by the change will not have to read information that is irrelevant to them.
Instructions are conveniently available directly in the program
The Help center contains instruction manuals relating to the use of Procountor. It can be found at the bottom of the left menu. You can read the instructions easily without leaving Procountor. Use the Search function to search for instructions.
Manage the visibility of information in the communication settings
Our information channel enables us to share only useful information with you, such as presentations of new functions and information on changes to services and disruptions. The aim of our communication is to make using the program as smooth as possible and present functions an services that can make your work more efficient.
You can change the In-App communications settings in Procountor under Personal information and settings whenever you wish. We do not recommend disabling the Procountor service disruptions so as to ensure that you receive information about incidents as soon as possible.
Sharing targeted bulletins requires that we use data that we have collected about you and your use of Procountor, such as cookies. However, you may prevent the use of the data in Procountor under Personal information and settings by disabling the collection of data. After this, you will not see targeted bulletins in Procountor. The Help center of the menu is not hidden even if the settings are changed.
More information on the communication settings is available here.
