Procountor Tili
Procountor Tili is a business bank account that can be used through Procountor. It includes all transactions between the bank and Procountor. The business bank account for Procountor Tili is provided by Alisa Bank.
The Procountor Tili service includes:
- IBAN bank account for companies
- Online banking credentials
- Transactions in euros which are made in the SEPA-region (foreign payments or express payments are not supported)
- Payroll
- Reference payments and account statements
- Real-time bank account balance
The Procountor Tili service can be used with the following Procountor versions:
- Procountor Financials Alku

Pricing
The Procountor Tili is available for a fixed monthly price (€9.99 / bank account). That includes all transactions between bank and Procountor. Banks account is invoices as part of monthly Procountor invoicing.
Opening an Account
To use Procountor Tili, you need to open a customer relationship with Alisa Bank. You can do this through the order form, where you will find detailed instructions. You will have access to the account within a few days.
To open a customer relationship, you need:
- Strong authentication: Personal online banking credentials or mobile certificate.
- Board authorization for opening a bank account.
- After opening the customer relationship and completing the identification process, you will receive a link to log in to online banking and open the account from Alisa Bank via email.
- In Alisa Bank’s online banking, you can open/activate your business bank account.
Please note that for the Procountor Tili service, you need to open a Procountor Tili with Alisa Bank, as it is not possible to convert a regular Alisa Bank business account to a Procountor Tili. - Once your customer relationship with Alisa Bank is opened and you have received the IBAN account number, you can enter this information into Procountor to establish the connection between your account and Procountor.
Implementation
Account statements are read into Procountor based on the bank account number. To ensure that incoming account statements end up in the company’s Procountor environment, the Alisa Bank account must be saved in Procountor’s Bank account information view. (Management > Company Info > Bank Account information) via the Add button.
Customers who are Procountor Tili customers can be identified by IBAN account number: FI**7140500******* .
By adding the Alisa Bank account to Procountor, you activate the Procountor Tili service, and you will receive the service terms and service description for review.
Note! You do not need to make a separate Web service connection request to the bank or send a bank connection authorization form to the bank, as this is included in the Procountor Tili service.
Adding a Bank Account
1. Enter the new bank account in Procountor’s Bank account information view. (Management > Company Info > Bank Account information) via the Add button.
2. Enter the account details.
- In the Account No. field, enter the account number received from Alisa Bank.
- The bank is Alisa Bank Oyj.
- The bank’s address is Bulevardi 21 A, 00180 Helsinki.
- The BIC is EVSEFIHH.
- The account currency is EUR.
- We recommend using the account on the invoice template.
- Check the box Show account on the invoice template?
- To make payments from the account, at least the bank transfer method must be selected.
- Check the box Does the account have contract on bank transfers?
- If salaries are paid from the account, the Salary payments must be selected.
- Check the box Does the account have contract on salary payments?
- The Banking code and WS customer number fields do not need to be filled in separately, as the information in these fields will be completed automatically.

The real-time balance is included in the Procountor Account service.

The real-time balance can be enabled in the Bank account information view with a checkbox and is activated automatically once you have accepted the notification ‘You are about to activate a paid service.’ Therefore, it does not need to be separately checked when adding Alisa’s account to Procountor.

- Foreign payments and express payments are not supported, so they cannot be selected for use.
3. When you click Continue, the service will ask you to accept the terms of use.

Terminating the Service
If you want to terminate the Procountor Tili service, please contact Alisa Bank’s customer service and remove Procountor Tili's bank account through the Bank account information view. This will also stop the billing starting from the next whole month.
