Employee data report includes data from Person register and active data from Employee register’s Salary info view. To access the report user needs all rights to user right Payroll (all salary functions).
The report is found in Salaries > Employee register.
The report will be published in January's version update (18/1/2025).
Opening a Report
To export a report, begin from the employee register:
- Select at least one employee from the search results.
- Click: Export Employee Data (button above the search results).
- The report will be exported to Excel or another spreadsheet program.

- Person's address
- Address in home country
- Invoicing information
- Payment info
- Register information
Employee register:
- Employments
- Income settings
- Applied income earner types
- Automation settings
- Tax card
- Labor union
- Insurances
- Applied insurance exception types
- International situations
