Forming a salary record
Procountor retrieves salary records by the person groups. If an employee does not belong to any person group, the option No group can be selected from the Person group drop-down menu. If the No group option is selected, Procountor retrieves all employees to the salary record.
Procountor retrieves all salaries that are paid, paid elsewhere and sent to bank to the salary record. Also, the salaries’ pay day must be within the time period set to Payday between field.
Choosing “Include inactive persons” option enables retrieving both, active and inactive, persons to the salary record. Choosing whether the person is active or inactive can be defined in Person register (Payroll > Person register).
The language of the salary record is always the same as company’s language, which is defined on Basic info view (Management > Company info > Basic info).
