Implementation of Allekirjoitus
The service is quick to implement with just three steps. First, fill out the form on the website. The form can be found here. You need your online banking credentials (Finnish banks) or a mobile ID for authentication.
After filling out the form, an order confirmation and service activation link will be emailed to you. The link works for 24 hours. Via the activation link, you can confirm your use of the service. If you do not receive an email message with an activation link, please check your spam folder. Additional instructions are available here.
Just one representative of the company needs to activate the service. Other employees or representatives of the company can then be invited to join the service through the service settings.
The user who takes the service into use automatically gets administrator rights to her/his own environment.
- Add your contact information first and authenticate yourself to the service using either your online banking credentials or a mobile ID. The email address is used as an identifier for whether you already have an existing account for the service. When the service is activated for a new company using the same email address, you can choose which company account you want to use when logging into the service.
- After authenticating yourself, the service asks you to add the information of your organization by entering the company’s business ID in the search field. You may also enter the information manually by clicking Next.
- Check that the information you entered is correct, and click Create account. You can log into your account by clicking the service activation link emailed to you. The link works for 24 hours.
