In Procountor Solo, the entrepreneur uses the Solo service and the accountant uses the Procountor software. This ensures that both are able to work efficiently with tools that are specifically designed for these roles. The accountant can log into Solo with viewing rights, which allows them to see the environment in the same way as the customer. For example, the viewing rights enable the accountant to check the status of the customer's materials.
HOW IS THE LOGIN IDENTIFIED?
The viewing rights are automatically enabled for accountants, and they do not need to be activated separately in Procountor's user management. All other user roles except the entrepreneur have viewing rights.
HOW DO VIEWING RIGHTS WORK AND HOW CAN I LOG INTO THE ENTREPRENEUR'S USER INTERFACE?
We are providing accountants with viewing rights to the service so that they can help their customers and check the status of the customer's materials.
Viewing rights to Procountor Solo mean that the accountant can visit different pages of the software and see the different functions. In other words, the Solo user interface looks exactly the same for accountants with viewing rights as for the entrepreneurs.
When the viewing rights are enabled, the user cannot, for example, make changes in the software, download receipts or send materials to Procountor. We do not update the Solo software while the accountant is logged in. This means that, for example, bank statements are only imported to Procountor Solo when the entrepreneur logs in personally. This means that the new bank statement might be visible in Procountor Solo before it appears in Solo, if the entrepreneur has not logged in and the service has not retrieved the latest bank statement yet.
You can log into the entrepreneur's user interface either on the procountor.fi/en website under Login > Solo or from this link.
You log in with your own username, i.e. the same username you use for logging into Procountor.
When you have entered your username and password to the service and clicked Login, you must select the Solo environment to which you want to log in. The list shows all the environments you have access rights to. This login method only works with Solo environments, so if you choose, for example, Financials, you will be returned to the start of the login page.
