Contract machine / Sopimuskone enables you to create high-quality contracts in minutes, thanks to quick access options and pre-prepared content.

Sopimuskone makes document creation quick and easy – the user selects which content they want to include in the document, using quick access options, and the service fills out the selected text content on the document automatically. After this, the user can edit the text freely and add their own content.

The over 350 agreements, minutes and other essential business documents available in the service include useful documents for all companies in areas such as customer and employment relationships, ownership, non-disclosure of business critical information, data protection or the distribution of profits to company owners.

Pricing of the service

The price of the service starts at EUR 39/month. The service is ordered for one year at a time, and we charge for the service costs on a monthly basis. More information on the prices is available here.

Service implementation

Sopimuskone is easy and fast to deploy in just a few minutes. You can deploy the service by registering as a trial user on our website and ordering the product package after logging in. Below are more detailed instructions for registering and placing orders:

1. Open the Sopimuskone signup page.
2. Click the Continue with email address button and enter your e-mail address. Alternatively, you can click the Continue with Procountor button and sign up using your Procountor username.
3. Confirm your e-mail address by entering the code that was sent to you by e-mail or click the Confirm button in the e-mail message.
4. Enter your name and password on the form.
5. Enter your company’s name and business ID and click Start.
6. Sopimuskone has now been enabled for your company.
7. In order to use the service, you must activate the order. This can be done by clicking on your user account in the upper left corner and selecting Activate subscription in the menu that opens.
8. Select the product package you wish to activate, enter your company information and confirm the order in the summary view.

How to terminate the service?

• The Sopimuskone subscription is for one year at a time (annual commitment).

• The subscription for the service can be canceled at any time to end at the current contract period. You can see the renewal date of the contract period yourself from the Sopimuskone service under Settings > Payments and Subscription, or alternatively, you can ask for it from hallinto@procountor.fi.

• Send a notice of termination by email to hallinto@procountor.com. Please include the company's name, business ID and the reason for termination to your message. We will confirm the exact end date of your contract in the response message.
