You can get signatures on financial statement documents easily and quickly using the Allekirjoitus service. Service has its own signing process for the financial statement documents.
Start the signing process by clicking Start -button on the Allekirjoitus service's main page and select flow type: Financial statements.
Step 1
To add financial statement documents to be signed, click choose file -button. The main PDF must have a size smaller than 10MB. Add attachments if needed.
Step 2
Fill in the recipient information (Board members, the CEO and Auditor). Enter the Business ID in the field and click Auto-fill -button. Alternatively, you can fill in the recipient information manually.
Auto-fill also brings the person's job title visible. You can see directly from the position information who is, for example, the CEO of the organisation and who is the chairperson.
Choose also the signing method.
Step 3
Finalize the document settings. Modify Email greeting if you wish. You may select a deadline for signing if you wish. After selected date of the deadline, the recipients can no longer open the documents and therefore cannot sign them either.
You may also select a date when the recipient will be automatically reminded to sign the document.
Click Send document -button.
What will happen next:
- All the recipients will receive an email invitation to view the document.
- First, the board members and the CEO can sign the documents with the chosen signing methods.
- After which the auditor can sign the documents with their Bank ID.
