Phone lost
If your phone in which Procountor Key is installed is lost or does not work, you can do as follows:
- Go to the Procountor login page (secure.procountor.com) and click Problems logging in.
- Choose Problems with Procountor Key and then select Lost device.
- Enter your username and password, after which the Procountor Key application will be disabled in all of your devices. After this, you can enable the application in the normal way in your new phone in accordance with the implementation of Procountor Key.
No network connection
Procountor Key cannot be used in the Offline mode. If the network connection in your phone does not work, you can temporarily enable one-time passwords for logging in.
- Go to the Procountor login page (secure.procountor.com)
- Enter your username and personal password. Click the Next button.
- Select I want to use the password list instead. If you cannot log into Procountor and need a one-time password, you can order it by clicking Lost your password list? -link, which is found in login page.
- Enter the one-time password and click Login.
I do not remember the PIN code or the biometric identifier in Procountor Key does not work
If you cannot remember the PIN code you set in Procountor Key or facial/fingerprint recognition fails, you can delete your username from the Key.
- You can enter the incorrect PIN code 5 times in the Key. After this, the Key will notify you that the login has been canceled and you can click the Go to home button in the application.
- If biometric identification (such as facial recognition) does not work, you can try the identification twice, after which the application will inform you that identification failed. Click the Undo button, and the application will notify you that the login has been canceled and you can click the Go to home button.
- Click Manage accounts and select the username/usernames to remove from the list.
- Click the Remove account button. After this, you can log into Procountor again and follow the instructions implementation of Procountor Key.
IF PROCOUNTOR KEY ASKS QR-CODE AGAIN
If the Procountor Key asks for the QR-code again, even though the Procountor Key has been successfully activated before, this can be corrected on the login page.
- Go to the Procountor login page (secure.procountor.com) and click Problems logging in.
- Choose Problems with Procountor Key and then select Lost device.
- Enter your username and password, after which the Procountor Key application will be disabled in all of your devices.
- Remove the app from your phone.
- After this, you can download Procountor Key again according to the instructions: implementation of Procountor Key.
